Search Listening Tool

A search listening tool shows you the questions people ask around your business, straight from your own Search Console.

Search listening means tracking what your market asks search engines before deciding. Paid services sell you third-party data, and this hands you your own log instead, cleaned and grouped.

Read-only access. We never change anything. The only thing we keep is your finished report.

A few lines from a real report. 263 is that group's impression count.

What listening shows you

Every query that surfaced your property is already in your data.

  • The questions people ask before they find you
  • How intent shifts from browsing toward buying
  • The topics you already show up for
  • The gaps competitors answer and you do not

How it works

Connect Search Console with read-only access and pick a property. The tool reads 16 months of queries and keeps the question-shaped ones.

A model groups them into intent themes and labels the funnel stage. Buyer-ready questions rise to the top of the report.

The report shows the questions and per-group impressions. The CSV carries the per-query rows for reuse.

One report per connect

This is a snapshot, not a subscription.

Run it whenever you want a fresh view. Each run ends with a shareable report and a CSV you can reuse.

There is no recurring monitoring and nothing left watching your account.

Good to know

What is search listening?
It is the practice of tracking what people ask search engines and AI assistants about your market. Done well, it tells you which questions to answer first, before competitors do.
Is this a live feed?
No. Each run produces a report of the questions people asked over the period you look at. Run it again whenever you want a fresh snapshot, and each run starts from your current data.
How is this different from paid listening data?
Paid tools aggregate public data across the whole web and sell you a view of it. This reads your own Search Console instead. The questions you see are the ones that brought people to you, and the report costs nothing.
What do I need to start?
A Search Console property with a few weeks of history. The connect is read-only, the report takes about a minute, and there is nothing to install or maintain afterwards.
