Search Console Questions Tool

A search console questions tool reads the question-shaped rows in your Search Console data and groups them by intent.

Your console stores queries, and the full questions hide in a tail of short fragments. Many people type whole sentences now, the way they prompt an AI.

Read-only access. We never change anything. The only thing we keep is your finished report.

A few lines from a real report. 263 is that group's impression count.

Why the questions matter

A full question tells you what a visitor still needed to understand before they came to you. Two-word fragments do not.

Question wording also feeds content decisions and the answers you want AI search to cite.

  • The topics buyers research before a purchase
  • The wording people use when they ask
  • The pages where you already win the question
  • The answers competitors have and you do not

How to find questions in Search Console

Connect the property with read-only access. The tool reads 16 months of queries and keeps the question-shaped rows.

Branded terms, repeated spam, and duplicates drop out before anything is grouped.

The rest becomes intent themes with a funnel label on each. The ready-to-buy questions sit on top.

What you get back

A shareable report at a private link, with impressions per group. The CSV keeps the per-query detail for reuse.

The whole run takes about a minute, and there is no account to create.

Good to know

Is Search Console data enough?
Yes. Search Console keeps the queries that surfaced your property, aggregated month by month. The questions in it are the ones that brought people to you, not an estimate of what anyone might ask.
Do I need technical access?
No. The connect is read-only and takes one click. You pick a property, the tool reads 16 months of queries, and the rest happens on our side. There is nothing to configure.
What about branded searches?
The tool drops them before grouping. What remains is people who did not already know you by name when they asked, which is most of the visitors you want to study.
Can I share the report?
Yes. The report lives at a private link you can hand to a client, a team, or an agency. The link is not indexed by search engines, and the CSV carries the per-query rows.
