Reports build faster

The slowest step was grouping your questions into themes. That work now runs on the fastest available capacity, and a slow response is abandoned and retried within seconds instead of holding everything up. Reading your Search Console data got quicker too. Most reports should now finish well under a minute.

The loading screen no longer gives up on a healthy report

A few reports were greeted with "that took longer than it should have" while they were still building normally. The page now checks real progress before it says anything of the sort, and it keeps watching even from a background tab. If the message does appear, the report was genuinely stuck, and starting a fresh one is the right move.

Use your report in Claude or ChatGPT

Two ways, depending on how much you want to set up.

On any report, Analyze these results in opens a new chat with your report and a prompt already written. Nothing to install.

For ongoing access, Connect an AI client to run new reports gives you a personal URL to add to Claude, ChatGPT, Claude Code or Cursor. Your assistant can then list your properties and run new reports, not just read one. The docs have setup steps for each client.

Read a report as Markdown, CSV or JSON

Add a file extension to any report link. .md gives you Markdown, .csv the per-query export, and .json the raw data. Useful for pasting into a document, a spreadsheet, or your own tooling.

Better filtering of machine traffic

Automated tools leave traces in Search Console that look nothing like a real customer question. The Hide bot queries toggle now catches two kinds it used to miss.

The first is templates: dozens of near-identical queries that differ only in a city name or a slot in the middle. On one report this was 50 of 164 questions, none of which the old filter flagged.

The second is queries carrying obvious machine text, like a location tag or an instruction to an AI. These are often short and rarely repeated, so they used to slip through a filter tuned for long, high-volume spam.

Nothing is deleted. The toggle hides these from view and the counts update to match. The CSV still contains every row, with a column marking which ones were flagged.

Impressions per question, and sorting

Impressions shows how many times each individual question put you in front of someone. With it on, you can sort by Most seen instead of the default longest-first order.

Something to do while a report builds

Reports take up to a minute or so. There is now a small game on the loading screen if you would rather not watch a progress bar.

Expired report links explain themselves

Reports are kept for 90 days. A link that has aged out, or was mistyped, now says so and offers to start a fresh one. It used to show a generic error with no way forward.
